My newly cycled tank is already starting to get brown algae everywhere. There is already a cleanup crew, a couple corals and two fish. There’s zero ammonia 0 nitrite and 1 nitrate.(tested with Hanna checkers) should I do a water change to help fight the brown algae or is there something I should do? Maybe my light is too bright.

This is an excellent guide that will help show you what you should likely expect with a new tank:

1 nitrate is critically low. Do you have any phosphates? Bottomed out nutrients are one of the causes of nuisance algae issues.

Whats the CUC consist of?

Ugly is normal, until the rocks are coated with bacteria, coralline algae or other stuff.
