What is wrong with my tank and how can I try to fix it. My corals are all dying and I have this brown film algie that’s converting all surfaces.

How old is your tank? It looks like you're going through the uglies right now. Diatoms or Dinos from the looks of it
 
What are your nutrient parameters?
