Did you trouble shoot water chemistry? Is there tissue over the area showing skeleton? Any fish that may munch or look to be picking at the coral?

Did you trouble shoot water chemistry?(not yet) Is there tissue over the area showing skeleton? Not from What i can tell0 Any fish that may munch or look to be picking at the coral?(no i make sure the fish i have are reef safe)

Here are my water parameters

pH: 7.9
Nitrate: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Ammonia: 0.50 ppm
Phosphate: between 0 and .25 ppm
Alkalinity: 6 ppm
Calcium: 440 ppm

Mine did that for about the same amount of time. I did 30% water change and he perked right back up. My levels were good but there was something it wasn't cool with and the water changed fixed it

What do reef breeders do for you? Is it awesome? Did you remove the hood on your tank?
I love them they add a really nice shimmer an expanded my growing capabilities a lot and at first i had removed the hood and they were hanging but my light stand was to much of an eyesore so i dremeled out a a hole big enough for light to sit on the top but not fall in but then the humidity was a problem so i have it on two blocks of wood

Slowly and carefully!

I use BRS two part, alk and calcium. There are many many companies selling same/similar products.

Check out the BRS website and video on 2 part.
