So over the past week I have lost my mandarin goby and three clownfish.

Perams
Salinity -1.022 (working on getting back up)
PH- around 8.2
Ammonia, nitrite -0ppm
Nitrate - 40ppm

Any idea what could be going on? All fish have been eating and no signs of sickness.

How old is the tank?
How large?
What else is in the tank?
About a year, 100gal, has some GSP, a blue mushroom coral, and a frog spawn. Also has a female manderian goby, domino damsel, yellow tail damsel, three stripe damsel, a yellow/orange damsel, two father dusters, a little neck clam, a couple horseshoe crabs and a hippo tang. Working on rebuilding my CUC after some of the inhabitants ate them. Feed once a day with either 2 frozen mysis or brine cubes

I use a RODI system to make my water, and two of the clowns we just fine last night. I believe the third clown (who was little) might have been taken out by the frog spawn but not sure about my male manderian and the other two clowns

How large is the domino?
They (and your other damsels) are infamous for harassing fish to death.

Do you have a sump?
Refugium with algae and thousands upon thousands of pods?

If not, the mandarin probably starved to death and if the clowns nipped at him... poisoned.

How long have you had the mandarin?
How long have you had the clowns?

ID say at least silver dollar size if not bigger. I recently rescaped the rockwork and everyone seems to cluster to it but the domino chases them around. I did have one of the other damsels that was the original ads, but when the domino got bigger he put the OG in his place lol. I've tried to net him so I can either place him in another take to give him to the LFS but he always hides as soon as the net hits the water.

Build or buy a fishtrap and get the domino out.
The other damsels too as they will try to kill whatever you put into the tank.

When I hear "Domino" I hear "Angel of Death." That, and the other damsels are killers. Mandarins and clowns don't have a chance. You need to get rid of them ASAP. You really have to set up a tank for mandarins (and some other bottom feeders) to keep them alive.

They have been fine together for 4 plus months with no real problems other then the domino chasing some of the other fish

Get rid of the damsels if you can.
You will have an EPIC war pretty soon with the domino and the 3 stripe.

The damsels will NOT die off on their own. (Ask me how I know)

I have two that won't die and refuse to be killed.
Two 3 stripe damsels. One 3 inch one 5 inch.
The 5 inch tires to harass my 6 inch maroon clown, my 8 inch lionfish, my 5 inch yellow tang and any other fish that wanders into his side of the tank.
He bites me when I have to do something in the tank.
He attacks the mag float when I use it.

That fish is probably oing to outlive me!
