I am looking to reset my energy bar on my apex after a power issue so I can zero out all outlets however my laptop is running windows 10 and won't work with telnet. Does anyone know how to do it other that a factory reset?

Isn't there a button on the back? Or am I remembering it wrong?

Enabling Telnet in Windows 10 is done a few ways, a good article here explains how to turn this feature back on:
