Hello,

I am a new reefer and have a 28 gallon Marineland cube. It is an established tank for about six months now. I purchased a leather coral that was attached to live rock about 10 days ago, since then I have noticed two new growths but not sure what they are. I apologize for the poor clarity.

Looks like pieces of your leather, do you have a picture of the one you bought? Many corals can eject polyps or parts of themselves to reproduce, this is common in some leathers.
