Help!

I got this awesome finger leather that did great for about 4 days, then flopped over and is turning black. Should I pull it and try and cut a decent piece off or will that die too?

Move it out of the sand onto some rocks.

It’s on a large disc right under the sand with a small rock on top of that . This was just after I added it

Mine have never been a fan of the sand bed. Every time I moved them onto a rock ledge they were much happier.

Tried to move it and it’s breaking, can I chop the top off and tie it to a rock? Will that save any of it?

Well when I tried to lift it, the bottom was almost broke off already and the top just fell off. I pulled it out, the stump smelled rotten, I cut four pieces from the top that smelled fine and tied them with h fishing line to small pieces of rock. I have never fragged anything so hopefully that works. I hope at least one piece will make it.
