Hello, this tank seems to have a small millimeter or two crack in the glass/ poxy for the front panel (in the front right corner about inches up). I hear a creaking noise 3x a day and do not know what to do.

This is a fluval 32.5g. It's been up for 7 months. The stand is for a 40-50G tank and realized the front right part is uneven on support by 2-3 millimeters.

I marked it to see if it expands at all over the next few days, reached out to customer service hoping to get a new tank... but unsure if this is something that can hold up for 1-2+ weeks/ a situation I should immediately get a backup tank for?

There's really nothing you can do but get a new tank huh?

It’s a small enough tank that for now you can easily transfer everything over to a 40 breeder for cheap, or a couple of totes until you hear back from Fluval and get a resolution.

Bit the bullet and ordered a new fluval 32.5G but freshwater since I don't need any parts. Purchased a more durable stand with a metal frame this time around. Tank should get here in a few days, stand in 7 days...

Going to lower my water level and pray everything comes together in time while I'm glued to the baby monitor watching.

Sell the freshwater supplies. Sucks because I'm moving to Austin from San Diego in the next year/ wanted to go bigger in next location but learning some costly lessons :(

I have 30" Blades and equipment for the existing tank I just want to continue using. Was just about to set up the versa dosing pump with Marin all for reef but will slow my roll

That looks like a chip to me, which would lead me to think an impact happened. In any event, I'd be less concerned with a chip vs a crack.

Looks like you've got a new one on the way, which is always the best option.

If you get some plastic totes or buckets, you can empty the contents of this one... remove the tank... then put all the contents back in the new tank in the same place.
