Hey guys . I just saw my hermit crab out of the shell like this not moving I’m wondering if it’s dead or molting and if I should remove it from the tank or leave it there..
thank you

I don't see its shell in pic so I would guess molt; if it doesn't move then it is a molt or dead. I would pick it up and examine it; you'll soon know if it is alive. If it is a dead crab you'll want to remove it of course; some reefers don't remove molts, considering them a food source, etc. for other tank inhabitants.
