Hermit crab parasite?

Acclimating some new additions (hermit crabs, sexy shrimp, cleaner shrimp). Was checking them out and noticed this. It's the only hermit like this, and I've never seen anything with tendrils like this. Wanted to know if it's something I should be concerned over.
