Hey guys and gals! Thought I'd sign myself up for this wonderful reef2reef page so that I can ask some of the questions I need to ask and quite possibly help answer some in the future. I'm just getting my feet wet again after 5 years off. I purchased somebodys tank, a Turn-Key setup. It's been working out fairly well I've had it up and running since August of 2016. It's a 40-gallon breeder tank with two 16-inch euphotica LEDs, A Reef Octopus 110 and I'm not sure what the return pump is it's quite small. The only issues I've been having is trying to learn the curve on these LEDs. I've battled several different types of hair algae in the last couple months but all of the corals are healthy and the Anemones that we're supposed to be dead are alive and well and I'm ready to move into a 90 gallon reef ready. With the technology out there it's amazing how much things have changed in a couple years but I am pleasantly optimistic and I'm glad to be back! thanks for having me on this wonderful forum!
