I'm sorry to hear of your challenges. That can't be easy. With me, it's as simple as age. I've learned that if I don't write it down, the info gets jumbled. So I've created a series of Word files that help me along. If I learn something, I find the appropriate file and put it to paper. Works pretty well!

I’ve definitely begun writing things down I need to do! I forget to even open up notes sometimes though, hopefully going to have strict tabs on my tank
