ok so here goes the introduction ... i have been into reef keeping for about 7 months total the first tank was a horribly frustrating learning experience and i really slowed down once it crashed and i had to start over . fortunately the restart went hand in hand with an upgrade and now my tank is rockin 5 months later .. keeping things slow and asking a ton of random stuff before i move on any thing in my tank.... i have researched a tone and tried a few things so i will happily share what i can but my main focus it to learn....
my currect set up is
50 gallon breeder
20 long sump (DIY)
coralife super skimmer 65
closed loop system hidden in the rocks and 2x small no name power heads
2x domino damsels
1x blue damsel
1x yellow tail blue damsel
5x turbo snails (big ones)
5x hermit crabs (one blue leg one red leg others black)
50+ pounds of LR
45+ pounds LS
one massive ball of Macro in the fuge (Cheato)
lights (upgrading in the next two weeks)
1x 10000k t8
1x 50/50 t8
2x 6500k Compact
