Welcome!! I can definitely identify the Apistas, in which there are types of shrimp such as peppermint shrimp who can take care of those, depending on how many there are.

Hi, just been researching this as we speak. There doesn't appear to be many at all so maybe I'll try the shrimp as a first. Thanks for the advice

I see aptasia, tube worms, isopod and multiple hitchhikers.
Remove what you can net and on aptasia (little curly anemones), using a syringe, inject their cores with lemon juice (as youre in Ireland, and trying to keep it simple). If you can get kalkwasser powder, use that instead and mix into a thin paste and inject into center core of aptasia and they will melt away
