My name is Luis I've being in the hobby for 4 + years, I have a 65 gallons tank made out of acrylic and have some corals, zoa, hammers, frogspawns and some mashrooms, with clown fish, a six line wrasse, blue tang, engineer goby. The main reason I joinedis because I want to change my rock scape, I already have dry rock curing, my question is ones I figure how the scape is gonna be I will need to place it in a tub with saltwater and pour in live bacteria from Dr Tim's and a power head to mix it all how long do I need to wait till I put it in my tank. Keep In mind that I'm replacing the rock I have right now. Thank in advance!!

Welcome to Reef2Reef!!! If I understand your question correctly the bacteria will need to be seeded on the new rock. You will be able to determine that through testing.

Welcome to R2R! There are no hard and fast rules on how long it will take to populate it. You will need to basically go through the same cycle with the rock in a tub as you did when you established your tank. Also if you can leave a little of your old rockwork or maybe some bio-media (at least for a while) in the tank when you switch that might prove beneficial as the bacterial loading on the new rock will probably be less than on the existing rock.
