Welcome. You will need better lighting if you want to keep corals. Share all the info you can about your setup.
Currently i have a 4x1.5.15feet with 2ft sump running skimmer and Chaeto. This tank have running 22 days with live cured live rock and sand from my previous smaller tank that have been cycled for 2 month. When moving to this new tank i've added caribsea Shapes live rock for additional filtration. I've been reading a lot from the forum here, so i'm slowly learning as i go :).

I try to keep my electronic at a minimum under the tank since i had experienced cracked aquarium before.

thanks, first time i've heard of the phrase. I've had Ich my tank before , wipe out half of the population. Power outage ( i had a friend watch my house for me while on vacation, i accidentally turn off the switch where all my aquarium equipmt connect to) back from vacation to a horror cloudy water and floating fishes :(
