Hello, I started this tank around the beginning of August. I previously had a JBJ Nano Cube around 10 years ago that crashed due to an extended power outage following a hurricane.

Currently dosing All for Reef at 45ml/day. Maintaining alkalinity at 8.5 dkh.

I was previously dosing phos and nitrate after a dino outbreak. This combined with UV sterilizer and adding turbo snails resolved the dinos as well as green hair algae I was dealing with at the time. Phos and nitrates are maintaining without dosing at this point so I've stopped those doses.

I feed reef jerky mixed with various size TDO pellets 4 times per day by auto feeder. I feed one sheet of nori, 60 ml live phytoplankton (Ocean Magik), and frozen food (Rods food or PE mysis) once per day. I spot feed the corals with a mix of reef chili and reef roids oncer per week. I add a jar of 5280 pods every 2 weeks.

There is ich in the system and I see it develop in new fish for the first week or so then it goes away and I generally haven't seen it develop again once the fish is used to the tank.

My phosphate had been high around 0.17-0.2 so I added a small spyglass reactor to run GFO. It brought the phosphate down to 0.06 over the course of a week. I have it set now to turn on for 2 hours 3 times a day to avoid bottoming out.

I picked up a Trachyphyllia at my LFS which I added a week ago and seems to be doing well.
For some reason one of my scolys seems unhappy so I relocated it to see if maybe it was getting too much flow in it's previous location. My other scoly which is right next to it is doing great.

I chiseled some left over LifeRock into rubble and made some mounds behind my main aquascape as a place for pods to populate and reproduce.

The purple tang took a while to start eating well but now it attacks the nori immediately when I put it in the tank.

My diamond blenny disappeared. It seemed to be doing well. I'm not sure what happened. I suspect it may have jumped out when I forgot to put the feed door back on and maybe my dog or cat got it.

One of my scolys is receding. The other right next to it looks great.

The yellow tang has at least tripled in size since I got him a month ago.

Good afternoon,
Could you tell me what the dimensions of your control area is. I’m working on my build and trying to figure out how much room I should make for a control area.
Thanks,
Scott

Nice control board! I just got an Infinitia 275.6 and I went with Hydros too! We have a lot of the same equipment (Echotech wave pumps). Got any advice for setting up the board? Can you screw right into it? Could you cut extra holes to run cables? I have a top off drum in the basement so I don’t need the extra little tank. I am planning to mount a little shelf on the back side of the board and make a hidden compartment in there to elevate and hide the power bricks. Think that could work?
