High magnesium

It’s the Triton Core 7 for other methods. The only other thing I can think of is maybe My phosphates are too low. I just checked and they are at 0. Depending on when I check I’m either at 0 or .02 never any higher. I stopped running my GFO I’ll wait a few days and see what that does.
 
Sounds like a good plan.
If you can't find out what that trace is maybe some continued water changes too...if its something like strontium then probably no issue but if its like the heavy metal portion then might be another story.
 
My first thought after testing for the easy stuff like ammonia nitrate etc and checking Alkalinity and Specific Gravity. What is your fresh water source? If using RO/DI from home, Have you checked your TDS lately?

Yes ro/di rests at tds filters were changed about 100 gallons or so ago.
 
Randy, do you have an opinion on Triton core 7?

I do not know what is in it, but I expect based on Triton's reputation that it is a well designed system.
