High nitrate and phosphates

Hi,all

I need help with my tank. I have a redsea peninsula 700 for 6 months before that i had a custom tank 500l. We moved everything to the new one. The parameters are the same for more than 2 years and i really want to have corral. I tried nopox, refugium, less feeding, 25% 2 times a month and still the same. If you know whats the problem please tell me.

Also recent the kh started to rise what could cause it. The live rock is more than 8 years old.

It is possible that all your attempts to lower nitrate and phosphate were ended too soon. The efforts might also have been too small, like not enough dosing, not enough macro algae. You haven’t supplied enough detail on what you did for anyone to help.

As mentioned additional information is required. For example what filtration do you use etc…? How do you measure PO4/NO3 ?

Kh does not increase on its own unless it is added. What products do you dose?
Alk of 13 dKh is high, I prefer to be in 7-8 range.

Sorry for the short message,
I have been dosing 20ml nopox for more than 6 months and the macro algae was growing and i needed to remove it a few times but still no difference. For filter i have a redsea roller mat and a deltec skimmer for testing im using Salifert tests. There is nothing i dose only nopox so the high kh is not from dosing and the salt i use is aquarium systems reef crystals.
