Helloooooo fish friends, I've decided to start a thread on our new tank install starting from the beginning since this will be the first time we have done anything "from scratch". Our tanks in the past have always come turn key, but because of the size and complexity of this one it will need to be done in steps.....literally starting with our front door. There will be pictures every step of the way so that hopefully we can get HELP and advice from ya'll! Thank you in advance!!!

Front door is only 36" so having double doors installed this week- entertainment center dismantled and moved - craft room is moving to our formal dining area or upstairs haven't decided yet ( because this is the new fish room ) and wall/doors will be installed after we get it all in there and setup - our master bedroom/bathroom is directly behind where the tank is going - there is nothing but wasted space above where the tank is going on the bathroom side - plan to plumb to the right side, thru the wall between shower and fireplace and directly into front room, I.e fish room

And the new front doors are going in, not because we like how they will look, but because the 48" wide tank cant fit thru a "standard" size front door! Tank can finally be delivered tomorrow! The doors will look very nice though......debating on a teal or brick red color:Dand our hired camera girl lol that's our daughter testing out her new gear:rolleyes:

Stainless doors go on today just for fun, then it all comes off again for plumbing to start[emoji37] but we couldnt wait we had to see it together! We Are still in the planning process of plumbing; never had anything of this size before! But it is drilled for closed loops......then can go thru wall to the right and in to the front room. Any suggestions would be great. Our master bathroom is behind the tank.......
