Hit 2 years recently. Things are doing good, I should have gone bigger.

Bigger isn't always better.

I enjoyed lots of success with smaller tanks (think 40 gallon breeder). But my 125 has been a mess since I set it up. My methods did not translate well to the larger tank.

Thank you! I think getting this far along (lots of room to improve). I’ve found that doing less is more. 30% water change every 3 weeks. I only dose the big 3,

On the fish side, it’s a bit of trial and error with a couple predators in there. But they get a sheet of nori a day, I try to change up the food so they get mysis, clams, chopped tiger shrimp, krill. I’ll even admit, I started feeding some dry food in the afternoon to keep my pets full.

Some Sunday shots. Fish are extra fat :) so I’m running purit to keep that in check, along with a scrubber. I’m proud to say, coral warfare is becoming an issue :)
