Trying to figure out what the heck this is, seems to have two antennae or arms idk, they reach out FAST and grab floating debris, it's on a Devils Hand Leather, it's probably 1cm long

Multiple big Vermitid. I would remove the piece, take pliers and destroy the shells, and seal the spots with superglue.
