Hitchhiker ID - Crab

Noticed this crab coming out of the rock work.
It almost appears clear/white, with the bicolor claw - almost appear blue/dark red.

Any idea on what this may be? Reef safe?

Hard to make out in pic, are you able to trap? Simple bottle trap would suffice
