Hitchhiker on coral Frag, looks like a sponge

Hi All, hoping someone can help ID this, looks like a flat mushroom - has a bit of a base and has a nice greenish center. Came on a Frag plug. It kind of looks like a sponge at first - it’s been there for a while now and seems to be growing a bit. If it’s bad I want to get it out and if it’s good I want to move it away from the Galaxea.

So sorry, I completely spaced responding to this post: it looks like it may be a sponge, though I'm not familiar with this kind if it is.

Has grown more since this? If not, hopefully someone will able to confirm for sure if it is a sponge or not here.

Does it have tentacles around the perimeter? It kind of looks like a Palys.
