Hitchhiker on snail?

Hey all -

Just got a new shipment of snails in from reef cleaners. Notice this one has something funky on his shell. Anyone know what it is, or if it should be cause for concern?

Looks like a macro algae. I would remove that snail with some tank water and scrub it off with a tooth brush.
