found a few of these guys under my rock . anyone know what they are and if they are safe or i need to get rid of them.

thanks for any help. having a heck of a day. woke up to find my return pump sucking air, i have an ATO, long story short....... my tank had a leak in the bottom seal. fish in 30gal tubs in front room right now. :(
 
did not look like a centipede , looked up bristleworms, no "legs" . looked like a redish small earthworm, did not move very fast back into the hole in the rock
 
looked up spaghetti worm, makes sense as i bought live sand 2 yrs ago. said harmless, yay
 
also looked up hair worm, not as positive on this , but either way said harmless.
 
Thanks. From the research today thats what I am thinking. Spaghetti worm.
