thinking about ttrying to turn a small canister filter into a refugium and was wonder if anyone has tried it and has had success?its a 2 section canister. id put bio balls in one side and cheato on the other closest to output. and it clear so i could just use any light source from the outside...another question is do you run the light 24/7? i currently have another canister for filtration and bigger of course.
tanks a 20ga tall, currently running great w/ LPS and softies. also have a sps but its barely surviving because the learning curve of them. also have 3 BTAs ,3 clowns, chromi, blue damsel,2 emeralds, peppershrimp. THANKS IN ADVANCE
