I am looking for recommendations for a hang-on-the-back skimmer for a 30 gallon non-drilled cube. Perhaps one that will not be as sensitive to slight water level changes. It is a LPS and softy tank, no SPS. The tank currently has an Aqua C Remora. I am looking for something to better skim the surface. Thanks in advance.

I have a 30 cube with a CPR Bak-PAK 2 skimmer with the surface skimmer box. It skims ok wet, but cant get dry skimmate out of it. I would recommend it.

I currently have a 30 cube and will be upgrading to a 90 tomorrow.
I currently have a AquaC Remora with a Rio 1700. It is adequate.
People recommended the AquaMaxx HOB-1 but I just didn't want to invest in another HOB skimmer when I knew I would be upgrading.
