I need one too

$1 at dollar general in their dollar aisle.
Saves me soooo much hassle.
Take one and drop it in a cup with display water. Let it defrost. Dump in.
No need to break off pieces etc. Always the same size.

I THINK i saw this on this site... but a cool way to keep portions consistent with frozen...
Found a mini ice cube tray at the dollar store, let the frozen flat defrost just enough. Repack into cube tray, and pop em out! I feed one or two 1/4" cubes a day.
This one is mermaids feast. I typically use Rods as mermaids has bigger chunks that are hard to "spread"

This is pretty clever.

One will be set aside for you! If it's fully split by the 5th and we both go to the MACs thing I'll bring it.

Appreciate it! The gold hammers seem to be recovering well. If the flesh band is looking healthy, I'll bring you one of those.

Ah no worries man. Ive got a little hammer garden growing! Don't want to overpopulate it. But I won't say no :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Because I buy random things I think are cool, and I can never get rid of something unless I really don't need it... I found a Kickstarter project I had backed.... 8 years ago?
It's called the foldscope.
It's basically a paper microscope.
It was cost effective, and a bit gimmicky at the time... but I never got it to work correctly....
Just pulled it out of storage... dropped some Phyto on a slide... (some I had I was trying to ID with no other means) and lo and behold! I could tell what type of phyto it is! Now I can't seem to get photos on my phone from it... but the fact that something I bought YEARS ago is still useful, and for a completely unexpected project just feels awesome.

Check them out!
The one I have is only 140X magnification, and its SUPER simple. But it works!

So I've had to drop some corals from my frag tank back into here... I'm not sure why but I can't get that tank stable.... Luckily I've cleaned this tank up a bit it's not as much of an eyesore :) Photo update to follow.

Corals moved, left the torch and some overgrowing zoas that I'm not attached to.
Superman Rhodactis has fully split, hopefully it will give each other more room on the rock soon.
My pink and yellow zoa/palys are growing like crazy, will need to move them away from the green machine so it doesn't overgrow it!

Some newbies I picked up this past weekend.
Hornet Jawbreaker
Green Polyp Toadstool
Green Bay Packers (they're actually on a clam :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: )
