hoily grail or cotton candy?

I previously ordered the Carebear Holy Grail Torch (left one in the video) from a reputable vendor in the auction. When it arrives, it does not look like the same torch in the auction picture (attached) because a large barnacle is growing on the top of the torch. The customer service representative was really nice about it and offered me a replacement, which is the one on the right-hand side of the video. However, the new replacement torch does not look like a holy grail to me, more like a cotton candy torch, since I see zero yellow shine, and the whole torch looks more green than the previous one on the left-hand side. I have attached the video, but my phone does not have a good enough camera to show the color difference.

Kinda wanna ask if anyone more experienced can help me identify? Is the one on the right truly a carebear holy grail? I'm putting in the possibility of shipping stress, too -- I just got it mailed to me yesterday morning. The other corals they mailed to me in the same package also did not look too hot, including two that still haven't opened up. Consider this: can shipping stress also make the holy grail not have a yellow shine? If not, I'm going to go talk to customer service again...

Not sure how to fix the video problem. I'm attaching a picture instead of what I got from them: left one is the coral I got that should match the first holy grail picture, and the right one is what they sent me as a replacement.

I'm not so great at torch IDs, but to me, they both look like cotton candys. However, I am not an expert, so don't weigh my opinion too much.

Yeah, that's what I originally thought it should be

Although I don't want to say it's not...my experience is with Dragon soul torches (and I have a lot). I know mine have these characteristics:

• Base of tentacle: Purple
• Stem of tentacle: Gold
• Tip: Tealish green

When I look out for Holy Grails I think they should be

• Base of tentacle: Green
• Stem of tentacle: Yellow golden-like
• Tip: blue( 'ish)

Now I've always wanted a cotton candy variety....these in my BASIC experience should be

• Base of tentacle: Green
• Stem of tentacle: same Green as base
• Tip: straight up Pink

Play with your lighting and it will eventually look like the first photo lol. You may need to don some orange glasses too!

I would kill the barnacle if it's embedded in the top of the first torch.

Somewhat colour blind, is this similar to the one the OP was talking about? This is an Australian one, as that is where I live. Have had this one a while now, does it have a fancy name?

Holy grails usually have blue tips. Cotton candy have pink tips. But it can be different on occasions.
