Hole in frog spawn?

I bought this frog spawn today and it’s been looking rly good and has extended more in my tank than it was in the shop in just a few hours. However, I noticed this werid hole thing on it that kind of looks like a mouth like your would expect with an anemone. Is this normal or somthing I need to be worried abt. This is my first frogspawn so sorry if it’s a dumb question.
