Holes in favia skeleton

I was cleaning some algae off my favia yesterday and noticed some tunnels in its skeleton is this normal?

Good morning. I tried to zoom in to take a look, and it looks like there may be two antennae or appendages in there:

It could be a spionid worm, or mollusk of some sort.
