Honeycomb puffer aggressive and picking at corals?

So I've been looking into getting a honeycomb puffer for my reef tank.

Are they aggressive to other non puffers?

I have snails, that I'm not worried about if they go after. Just don't want the honey comb to mess with my other fish or corals.

I have mostly zoas, with two mushrooms, a flower pot and a few polys. As well as two BTA.

Have 2 clowns, coral beauty, 6 line, clouded wrasse, midas blenny, lawnmower blenny and a goby/shrimp pair.

Do y'all believe he would be safe to get?
