So my local petco (really good one) told me they have a honeycomb puffer coming this week and will hold it for me if I want it. I already have a pretty aggressive tank mates that eat snails and what not, but I have barebottom tank. I can’t find anything on if this puffer would be okay in a barebottom tank, any thoughts? I do have a mix of super small to large empty shells from my Luna eating snails so I am thinking the new puffer can chew on snail shells to grind the teeth?!?

You'll wanna get clams. Muscles. Oysters from the seafood section. Rinse em well.
Knew a guy who had a large 15" porcupine puffer and it chomped that stuff!
