I can’t seem to find any acceptable vertical water barrels on my area and shipping is horrendous. I can find horizontal water barrels though. Are you aware of any plumbing examples for a two horizontal barrel mixing station? I would want a two level shelf with the RO barrel on top and use gravity to transfer the RO water to the salt barrel. I can’t find many examples at all off Google. Maybe I’m just not using good search terms.

I have a Pan World Pump I just bought and have a BRS RO system on the way. Next are the tanks and then I’ll plumb it. Thank you!

Just keep in mind that RODI water weighs right around 8.14lbs/gallon, salt water’s right around 8.48lbs/gallon…

Any shelving you build/buy would need to be rather robust! — best bet might be stacking them as shown in the above photo!

My use of the term “shelf” was probably not the best word choice. lol If I make it this way, it will be beefy.

I’m thinking I may just use smaller tanks and not stack them. I may go with two 35 gallon tanks which fit nicely without having to turn and stack. It will work well now, just a little annoying when/if I add a second tank.
