Horn shark eyes

I have a horn shark that was getting picked on by an angelfish in his eyes. I took the angelfish out but the sharks eyes are cloudy and looked picked on... they are kind of scabby. The shark is no longer getting nipped at and is starting to eat again. Will his eyes fully recover?
