Have an RBTA in the front of tank- clownfish stay in the back corner- any tricks to entice hosting??

Try taping an image of an anemone hosting a clown to the side of the tank, it does work sometimes.
Feed the anemone and do not feed the clown, the clown might be persuaded to start touching the anemone, it's might take a couple days for the clown to build up the coating that prevents the anemone from recognizing the fish as food.

Put the rock and clowns in a bucket or strainer. Some say it's cruel but I've seen it work numerous times.
