Hotmail.com issues?

Anybody else having the problem Im having with hotmail.com?

Im logging onto my PC,and then logging onto my email,I click log in on my account,and then it redircts me to my MSN Home page.It shows me how many emails I have on the front of my MSN hompage,but when I go to click onto the Hotmail(75) button,It again redirects me back to my homepage!

Anybody else having this problem?!?!?!?!?!?
