I have a Square-Tail Bristletooth tang, over a year now.

He's pretty dull brown color. I am seeing photos of them more peachy/orangey color.

What can I do to brighten up his colors?

I am presently feeding Nori every other night, mixed frozen foods, NLS pellets (A+ formula), and Reef Frenzy. A different meal each day to keep things changed up.
I soak the food in VitaChem, VitaminC and amino acids.

Sounds like your tang's diet is in great shape ... that fish eats better than I do! (Although, about as well as my fish do ... isn't that always the way?)

I find that with bristletooth tangs, a lot has to do with the lighting they're under. My kole can go from burgundy to blue in a hurry, depending on how he's holding his body under the lights. Reef lighting tends to be a bit weak in the peach / orange parts of the spectrum, and stronger in the blue department. When you add blue to peach / orange, you're going to see a more brownish look.
