My M-coral（second pic） grows just closely to the ground。Not like wings in the air in the first picture。i've no idea why。because of low waterflow or high light level？fogive my poor english。thanks！

How long have you had it? It takes a little while to spiral out like that.

It looks like yours is a frag, the top is a larger specimen. As they grow, they will naturally respond to their environment including light and flow and can branch out, spiral out, etc. nothing to do, but to watch it grow :)

understood by your reply,thank.otherwise l learnt a word from you,"spiral".we call the coral grow from ground to the air qi fei in chinese,means take off just like plane or bird takes off.thanks!
