How can I post videos here?

I have a couple of videos I want to post here, but when I upload from photobucket it gets blurried. Is there a way to upload from an Iphone 6?

As far as the blur goes R2R will display the video exactly the same resolution as it is on the hosting site. Video can lose quality once you upload it to a video hosting website. Make sure you're capable of recording HD videos that you upload them to the host site and save them in HD format.
