We all like to leave space between corals but as they grow things can come quite close. Also softies like Hevils Hand can rotate their bodies and fingers over a very wide area over the course of the day. This is my current quandry. Over the past 3 months I have seen both my green toadstool and green devils hand frags have great growth but now am having the question of is it time to move 1 or both further away. My Devils Hand moves quite a lot during the day. It starts ouf relatively straight at dawn and slowly arcs itself towards the back during the day to place its fingers right under 1 of my reef 90 LED's. At the midpoint of the day it rotates back to the front in an effort to "chase the light." It ends up bending forward to the point of contact with my toadstool only to rotate back overnight to its resting position. Any thoughts about this slight touching causing issues? Its maybe for a few hours. The last hour of light and 2 hours or so into moonlight cycle. Thoughts? Pics r from last half hour of light aka dusk.
