It is 8 degrees in Starkville and my gas furnace caught on fire a few days ago, having a new one installed today. It was awful this morning, parts of my house are so cold. Have three 300w heaters in my tank and it still can't heat past 75.8 degrees. Have a radiating heater in the leaving room buy the vaulted ceilings and open space make it not the best, have blankets pinned up over all the doorways to try to insulate some rooms. Fireplace has been a savior past few days.

5 here in Queens, NY. I live on the beach and the ocean is evil looking. 40mph winds has the ocean ripping across and the water surface is smoking from the air/water temp difference.

15 here and they closed one of the schools down! No snow or ice. It's sunny as can be but one school closed because of the cold.

Brrrrrrrrrrrr! Just one of the 365 reasons I love living in the Pacific Northwest's Puget Sound region a little rainy and 40* at 10am. If I want cold and snow just need to drive East for an hour to be up in the Cascade Mountain Range (where snow belongs)

Seriously though, I hope you all stay safe and warm for the duration of this weather system and maybe try some of that mini bubble wrap insulation around your Reeftanks for their comfort as well.
