How do I fix my dkh

I stopped dosing around a week ago and let my tank sit for a while my tank holds roughly 85 liters how much bi carb Soda should I dose to get my dkh up from 5 to 8 and my tank has no fish or coral in it

There is nothing in the tank, I did a 20 percent water change yesterday to try and raise the levels a little bit, do you have any other tips?

If there is nothing in the tank there is no reason to be dosing anything. :)
