If you’re talking user feedback on sales, if you click the persons username you should get the box that has their info. Click on their feedback score and it will take you to their feedback page and then should give you an option to post feedback

If you purchased something in the R2R market place, you can post feedback now. If you are posting feedback in vendor feedback or feedback not in the market place, you will need to be a member for 30 day and have 25 meaningful comments. You now have 7 comments now, 18 more comments/messages to go :)

I usually suggest, to start a meet & greet thread to get comment up in a hurry.

Thank you for posting this explanation. I've been trying to leave a seller feedback for days and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting the "leave feedback" button. This makes sense now!
