How do I safely move a ricordea?

I have a ricordea Yuma that has gotten way too close to one of my gonies. The goni is now encrusted onto the rock so moving it is out of the question. The mushroom has been irritating my goni to the point that there is exposed skeleton. I’d rather not lose such a well Established goni so any help would be appreciated.
