how do I seed my ATS with this Ulva algae that everyone is talking about?

Approximately 18 hours ago I seeded my ATS with GHA, as it was all I had growing in my refugium other then Chaeto. and there has already been significant growth. its incredible! however, every time I research ATS I hear everyone talking about Ulva algae... I would love to know how y'all are getting the lush green yields of Ulva and how do I get it to seed my own ATS? Thanks in advance!

From my experience I have found 2 types of ulva. One likes to grow on rocks and one likes to float on the surface. I would think if you can find one that grows on rocks you could try that.

Ulva and Chaeto are used in a fuge. nobody use these in an ats. an ats use primarily filament type hair algae. https://www.algaebarn.com/shop/macroalgae/ is a great place for macro algea for a fuge.
