How do you pair watchman gobies

I’ve seen people add 2 watchman gobies with a single pistol shrimp and I was wondering if it like pairing a clown where you want one bigger than the other

I'm not familiar with 2 gobies and one shrimp.... I do think it is sometimes just the luck of the draw though.
