How fast do Peppermint shrimp grow

I ordered 2 Peppermint shrimp from Live Aquaria to help get my aiptasia under control. They sent me 2 that are the size of my thumbnail....not much help. How long would I have to wait until they are big enough to start feasting on the aiptasia?

They'll likely start feeding pretty quick. As far as how fast they grow you'll likely see noticable changes in size each time they molt which can be every few weeks.

Mine were an inch long and 5 months later they are 3 inches but no aptasia in the tank anywhere.
