how long before seeing aggression ?

Hi everyone !

so after the QT and the one week in the acclimating box in the tank - I finally released my fire fish ! i was quite worried about the dotty back - but so far - no aggression.... at all....

how long before I can expect to see any aggression ? or if there wasn't any we are pretty good ?

You can breath easier after a few days but dotty backs are know to be aggressive so you never know. Fire fish are also a goby, so known jumpers. Doesn't sound like a good combo but everything just comes down to the individual fish you ended up getting. Good luck!

Well unfortunately i am a newby and realised after the firefish was in QT.... So i debated on trying to pull the dottyback but decided to try to put him the firefish in the tank in a isolation box... No aggression at all after a week so i chanced it... So far so good...
I do hope they stay good! Odd as the dottyback is territorial with the Wrasse....
